Jesus told His disciples that the harvest is plentiful, and Calvary’s outreach teams are committed to sending out the truth of God’s Word to our Baton Rouge community and beyond.

The following are just a few of the regular ways we reach out to our community.  Calvary also hosts annual international missions trips.

To learn more about these trips, or any aspect of outreach at Calvary, contact Info at Info@Calvarybr.org.

Operation Ornament: During our Operation Christmas Child, we received pictures of some of the kids who have gotten a box in the past. We have turned this pictures into Ornaments to not just hang on your tree, but to pray for that child. If you have little ones, its a great opportunity to pray with your kids. Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.

Bags of Hope:  Every other month we prepare 450 bagged lunches to help feed the homeless at the St. Vincent’s shelter.

The following day, we deliver these lunches and love people in Jesus’ name. Check out our social media for the next outreach to St. Vincent’s!

Joy for the Journey: Have you seen the videos of people leaving snack baskets outside of their home for delivery drivers or mail people to pick up? This season, we want to show our community God's love. We'll have some labels available at the connect counter with different scriptures to put on those goodies. So the person receiving them can know who they are loved by, God.
